QUALIFICATIONS OBJECTIVES
This Level 4 Diploma in Sustainable Finance is a focused, one-semester qualification designed to introduce the foundational concepts and practices of integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into financial decision-making. Equivalent to half of the first year of a UK bachelor’s degree, this diploma carries 60 UK credits. It provides essential knowledge for understanding the growing importance of sustainability in the financial sector.

The aim of this qualification is to :
Define and explain the core concepts of sustainable finance, including ESG factors and their relevance.
Understand the global drivers for sustainable finance, such as climate change, regulatory pressures, and stakeholder demands.
Identify different sustainable investment strategies and financial products (e.g., green bonds, impact investing).
